Is training really included in consulting engagements?
Yes. Every delivery includes 1–2 knowledge transfer sessions. We want your team to own the system after we leave.
What if I don't know the exact scope yet?
Start with a Discovery Sprint. We will map out your requirements and give you a detailed proposal with scope, timeline, and cost.
Can I switch from T&M to fixed-price later?
Yes. After the first 2–3 sprints, we usually have enough clarity to propose a fixed-price conversion.
